Interview OS is a personal career management platform that allows users to track job applications, log interviews, store career assets, and manage their professional journey.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person per account; account sharing is not permitted

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on Interview OS. We do not claim any rights over your job applications, interview notes, or other personal data.

5. Acceptable Use

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious content or code
• Use automated tools to access the service without permission

6. SMTP Usage

When you configure your own SMTP credentials, you are responsible for complying with all applicable email laws and regulations. We are not responsible for emails sent through your configured SMTP server.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

Interview OS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
